Optimize Windows 10/11 for Maximum CS2 Performance

1. Enable Game Mode
In Windows 11, Game Mode actually helps by prioritizing the game process. Go to Settings -> Gaming -> Game Mode -> On.
2. Disable Xbox Game Bar
This overlay causes input lag. Settings -> Gaming -> Xbox Game Bar -> Off.
3. High Performance Power Plan
Control Panel -> Power Options. Select "High Performance" or "Ultimate Performance". This prevents CPU downclocking.
4. Disable Pointer Precision
Mouse Settings -> Additional Mouse Options -> Pointer Options -> Uncheck "Enhance pointer precision". This removes Windows mouse acceleration.
